I def recommend Advantage Auto. From the get go everyone was friendly and welcoming. I brought my Compass in cuz my transmission went out on me. They were able to diagnose it and explained exactly what happened to the transmission and what’s needed. They contacted my warranty company and got a brand new transmission installed plus they have many options to pay the outta pocket difference. After bringing it to so many places,I’m happy I chose AA cuz I was about to give up on the car and how many issues I’ve had with it in the three months I’ve had it. Since I’ve gotten it back from AA i have had no issues. It’s running like a champ. So happy I came across this shop and I literally chose it because they have all good reviews. I will def refer them to anyone having any auto issues and they will be my go to mechanics for any issues I will have in the future.

The owner Eric and service manager Jenny took care of my 2013 audi a7 very well..I initially did have a service advisor named Maurice who had a very high ego, likes to judge and take advantage of customers ( converststions i over heard) and it was a pretty big turn off, so I got transferred to advisor David k. stand up guy.. I would give this place 10 stars if i could. I have ran multiple shops my self and it is ran very well with the exception of Jenny b, her ego is is up there as well. like she is better then everyone else thats why I had to get involved with the owner the inspection process was spot on and so was the repair process on my valve cover leak if I had anything to criticize it would be find a new service manager shes a great person but I over heard a conversation about another customer and how she talked down on them because they didn't get approved for the 3rd party financing options... once I got ahold of the owner he assured me it would be handled.. all in all it was a great experience and the technicians where amazing..

AMAZING! From the time I called and spoke to Jenny the experience has been great. Everyone here is so helpful. The customer service is excellent. They were spot on with my issue. I dropped it off at about 1 PM and I was provided with a loaner car which is the bomb, and my car was done by 11 AM the next day maybe before then. This will be the place that I bring my car from here on out. Everyone here is so helpful. I will definitely recommend and I will absolutely be back.

I had a great experience at Advantage Auto Service. Everyone was professional, friendly, and kept me informed throughout the repair process. I especially appreciated that they offer a chauffeur service and loaner vehicles, which made things much more convenient while my car was being repaired. They were able to get my vehicle back to me quickly, and when I had to return with a concern, they were happy to take another look at it. Overall, I appreciate the excellent customer service, I highly recommend them.

Im getting new brakes and rotors installed 5/1/2026. The service is okay, nobody is rude HOWEVER I was told that the labor and everything would only take an hour and it ended up taking right under 3 hours. Take that info how you will, to me time is important and to wait 3x the estimated time is ridiculous. This will be my last time here. They didn’t offer any concessions either for their delay in service. There’s many other car garages to go in the area, I would recommend exploring those other options first
